Today let's welcome T&G from T&G Book Boutique. They have an awesome blog that you should definitely go check out and follow. They have similar book tastes as me and really nice. I asked them some questions and they answered them. I think they gave some pretty awesome answers!
What made you start blogging?
Jennifer armentrout actually made us want to start blogging. In her Lux series Katy, the main character in the books, has her own book blog. I loved the thought of doing that so much that I asked T to start a book blog with me.
What is the inspiration behind your blog name?
Honestly I just wanted something cute, girly, and easy to remember. We bounced between a lot of different names but eventually settled on something that had a little bit of both of us in it.
What genres do you blog about most?
I think our main focus is on YA and NA novels. There're the ones with the most swoon worthy boys ;)
Do you have a favorite book that you have discovered from blogging?
We really enjoyed The Legacy by Melissa Delport. It was really interesting and a bit different from the books I usually read, but it was really good.
Who is an auto- buy author for you?
Like I stated earlier Jennifer Armentrout is definitely a big inspiration to me and would buy any of her books in a heart beat. I'm also a really big Tara Brown fan. Her books are just so unique and different.
Like G said Jennifer Armentrout and Tara Brown's books are really amazing and inspiring for us both. I am also a huge fan of Kelly Elliot. I am from a small town so I could relate to her books so much especially since the characters live in a ranch and the boys are so perfect! When I love an author it definitely shows because I buy all their books!
What is one book that you would recommend to anyone?
That would definitely be the Delirium trilogy by Lauren Oliver. That book was actually recommended to me by T and I couldn't be happier that she did. I found myself in Lena so many times and I'm grateful to T for introducing me to the book.
I would recommend the Born series by Tara Brown (recommended to me by G). I fell in love with them and I would seriously reread them over and over again (and i usually don't re-read).
What are some of your favorite (recent) posts on your blog?
We really love the Midnight Worthy Books post that we do. If your book makes that list you know we like you ;)
