Just have to say the release party was great! I had so much fun participating on Facebook even won a game and received an awesome bookmark!
My thoughts and Opinons-I have to say that this novel was nothing like I have ever read before. Which is definitely not a bad thing. Lately so many books begin to sound like each other but this was so new and refreshing. Right from The characters were highly developed and they were very easy to connect with even though they are placed in situations that are very hard to relate to. I loved the relationships between all the characters. I just loved Tam and Lenni's romance. Tam still loved Wren but she married Dugan and Lenni who was in love with the man in her dreams. Turns out Wren had a hidden agenda and was really with Harro like what ?!?! Lenni's dream man was Sarik who was trying to reach out to Jael in her dreams! They were so cute Lenni and Tam!
I also loved Jael and Sarik their time in the tent was awesome. I love the way they pushed each other! Jael is a Jinn. I didn't see that coming I just thought she was special but I thought that was cool. I actually had heard of Jinns from the show Destination Truth in the Petra episode so I was like wow Dana knows things!
Also I highly enjoyed the mixture of mythologies. So we had Atlantis and Greek Gods, then there is talk of Norse Mythology and Asgard. There was Indian mythology with Jinns and Space travel on top of that. So there was a lot going on in this book. I liked that I just wished it was incorporate just a little bit better and focused on little more. Besides that I loved it and could find nothing bad to say about which is rare even when I love books I find something wrong with them!
